The Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) is internationally recognized by the medical and fitness communities as the standard certification for fitness professionals working with special population and post-rehab clients. The Medical Exercise Specialist offers advanced training for massage therapists, exercise physiologists, nurses and personal trainers who work closely with clients with neurologic, cardiovascular, metabolic and musculo-skeletal disorders. This course is the next step above the Essentials of Post Rehab Fitness course. The MES covers more conditions in greater depth and detail. I am not offering or teaching this course. I completed it and obtained my certification
