Lifestyle coaching
focuses on creating
new possibilities and positive results by
building self-awareness,
making powerful
observation and making
powerful insights for
your clients. Also supporting positive
action and facilitating
a deepened understanding
that opens the door to
new possibilities and
choices. In a coaching
context, lifestyle
addresses the whole
person, including
physical, mental, social
and spiritual wellbeing,
depending on the
client's needs.
Lifestyle coaching's
goal is to help
individuals create
healthy, productive and
purposeful lives.
Lifestyle coaching
coaches your clients and
enables them to take
responsibility for their
actions outside of
personal training
sessions or the gym.
Nutrition is a prime
example of what clients
are not getting done
outside the gym. One
of the most profound
benefits clients obtain
is clarity about their
ultimate goals and what
they are willing to do
to reach them. Many
clients know where they
are when they start
exercising (e.g.,
overweight, tired,
frustrated) and can see
where they want to be
(e.g., slim, healthy,
energetic), but get
distracted by obstacles
and daily
responsibilities. A
major concern of
personal trainers is
that although clients
don't ear properly, are
stressed out and have
lives that don't support
their fitness goals,
they still expect
results.
How Does
Coaching Work?
During each of the
first 24, 1
hour coaching
sessions, the client
chooses the focus of
conversation while the
coach listens deeply and
contributes powerful observations
and asks powerful questions. This
interaction creates
clarity and moves the
client into action.

Is no Action at all" . Coaching accelerates the
client's progress by
providing greater focus
and awareness of choice.
The key word here is
choice. When a client is
stuck in a pattern of
dieting or engaging in
the same workout routine
he or she gave up last
year due to lack of
time, personal
boundaries or an
overabundance of stress,
simply starting the
process again won't
work. Without creating a
structure to support the
client's fitness goals,
his or her efforts will
lead right back to where
he or she started. A
lifestyle Fitness coach helps
clients change the way
they think about their
goals, which allows them
to realize they have
more choices. From this
point, clients choose
the right path for them.
Lifestyle coaching helps
individuals create a
life that will enable
them to maintain a
healthy lifestyle on
their own terms.
Over the years I have seen miracles happen in my clients lives when they combine
their fitness programs with personal development programs as well. Something

has spent his whole life majoring in Physical Education. Allan is Lifecoach and a
NFPT
(National Federation of Personal Trainers) trainer and regularly takes and facilitates courses in fitness theory and resistance training and nutrition. My ongoing goals. For the last 5 years I have been exchanging ideas with my clients and I have come to the almost obvious conclusion that it is imperative that we must start to teach our youth what good nutrition, good image and good exercise habits are. Obesity has become a epidemic in the west and my goal is to educate and change the old habit to new ones. I have discovered the fountain of youth by having my clients train a total of 4 ½ hours a week in total and using EMT therapy to do the rest . With a balanced eating plan and education to complete my program . It works for everyone I have tried it on who is willing to commit to a lifestyle change for the rest of their lives.
I am living proof that it works and I am loving it. I don't abuse or neglect my body and the result is I am fit and healthy . Most people have a poor attitude when it comes to their health. Take someone who eats poorly, who doesn't exercise, and who believes that they have no control over their health or their life.
Which would you rather be, someone who eats a healthy, eats a well-balanced diet, who does regular core or weight training and cardiovascular exercise and is mentally healthy and successful, or someone who is 30-50 lbs overweight and take no pride in their appearance and is resigned to " life is what it is and I can't create a new possibility for myself". Which would you rather be someone who believes in the future or someone who lives in the past. take time to take care of yourself it will pay off guarantee!!
You must be proactive in taking care of yourself or who will? One in three people will get cancer today and I find that unacceptable. why wait until you are sick to do something about it now.!
