Our Exercise Programming service is just that - a service where we set up your routine for you, give you access to a personal folder right here on the site, and keep all of your workout information in that location. All you have to do is go to your unique website address, click on the date of the workout, and be taken to the page for the instructions and pictures of the exercises.
The instructions and graphical representations of the exercises are very complete. The instructions tell you not only how to do each movement, but also how many repetitions to perform, and how many sets to do. Also, the pictures are all animated .gif files, which means that the representation is of the full movement, not just a static picture of the beginning or ending of the movement.
Here are 2 example movements - The dumbbell bicep curl, and the standing dumbbell row. At some point in the future I will be transferring all of the files to actual photographs of myself or the staff doing these exercises, but for now, these color drawings are an accurate representation of the movements.

The Other program is very similar to the Exercise Programming service, although the Other version is much more in-depth, with a full client workup done for each customer, an on-going workout calendar, and regular email and telephone access to one of our trainers during the program. The Exercising Programming service is more of a one-time set up. You choose the time period that you would like to have set up for you, the entire program is set up in advance, and you are given access to your personalized workout area here on the site, then left to yourself to utilize the materials on your own. Body Composition Testing involves one on interaction between the client and the trainer on a regular basis, whether it be via email, Other messages, or the telephone. Also, the Other program has the option to set up recurring billing, which is a cost savings over paying as you go.
